Rjukan Hytteby's cottages are situated in a peaceful area in the centre of Rjukan. The cottages are 30 sqm. With a spacious loft. Each cottage has a living room with TV and a kitchen area, bedroom with 2 beds, a loft with 3 beds and bathroom with shower and WC. The cottages are fully equipped to sleep five. Free wireless internet access. Rjukan Hytteby has a service building with reception and tavern. Our reception is open from 11am. to 11pm every day. |
Rjukan Hytteby's cottages are copies of the first worker's homes built in conjunction with the industrial movement at the beginning of the 1900’s. These houses are situated on the west side of town and called ‘Flekkebyen’ ( the spotted town.) because of all the different colours used on the houses. This is why Rjukan Hytteby's cottages are also different colours. The cottages fit in beautifully with Rjukans environment and surroundings. |
